Just a couple of weeks ago, after a lot of speculation, I got promoted from "Alex Shamash Bobrowski, Assistant Chef" to "Alex Shamash Bobrowski, Station Chef" at Holiday Inn Paris Elysees. This is something I have been striving for since I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, 7 years ago. I started out as an apprentice and have managed to go up the grade.
